    Do you have the technical, analytical and creative know-how to develop impactful storytelling through video?

    If you have the desire create and develop multimedia (audio/video) content for customer stories, internal company announcement videos, and external promotional social videos, then join the creative Marketing team at SECURA Insurance. Build your portfolio and gain real-world experience in a corporate environment. This is a paid position with flexible hours on an as needed basis.


    • Knowledge of video production, editing, and animation to tell stories in the most engaging way
    • Collaborate in scripting, storyboarding, and selecting optimal forms of media for projects
    • Plan and participate in video shoots; scout, select and reserve shoot locations
    • Record and edit video and sound projects, including selecting program format for final output, capturing/importing media, organizing raw media, editing footage and sound files, creating and inserting static and motion graphics, and adding music/voice-over
    • Manage video library


    • Leverage interviews, testimonials, demos, and other storytelling styles to meet the needs of the target audience
    • Optimize videos for search engines using keyword-enriched descriptions and tags when applicable


    • Video producers need to possess technical skills in video, audio and post-production:
    • Video includes familiarity with professional cameras, prosumer camcorders, various HD and SD formats, preproduction/planning, studio and field production, lighting/grip, scriptwriting and storyboarding.
    • Audio includes capturing and editing audio recording techniques for studio and field
    • Post-production entails digital video editing, still and motion graphics design, and video compression for multiple delivery platforms.
