  • Overview

    Responsible for developing and executing SECURA’s digital marketing efforts to leverage the independent agency channel, and attract and retain insurance consumers.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns and strategic communication plans for websites, social media, emails, video, and more.
    • Produce timely and relevant content that increases visibility in alignment with business goals and appeals to target audiences.
    • Measure, analyze, and optimize solutions to build audience, engagement, SEO, relationships, leads, and retention.
    • Ensure brand consistency and writing standards are integrated through all marketing materials.
    • Ensure consistent user experience across all platforms.
    • Assist in competitive analysis, content planning, and change management.
    • Assist in the continuous improvement of the Marketing team’s workflow processes.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • 3+years digital marketing experience
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
    • Proven ability to develop, lead, and deliver strategic communication plans and successful outcomes
    • Experience in project management, collateral creation, internal and external communications, and digital marketing such as web content, email campaigns, direct marketing, and advertising
    • Experience managing analytics for web, email, and other various platforms
    • Experienced writer and editor for multiple channels and formats
    • Exceptional communication skills
    • Creative, results oriented, and highly organized
    • Work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
    • Ability to create effective working relationships with all levels of the company
    • HTML, video, and photography experience preferred
