  • Overview

    As an IT Service Desk Analyst for User Access Management you would work as a part of a dynamic team involved with provisioning software access for Associates and Contractors. This position will also assist with the maintenance of the User Access Management system and process.


    In addition to the following, other duties may be assigned.

    • Serving as the primary point of contact within our IT Department, to define software access roles, provide software access via Active Directory and other various programs, and ensure others are following the UAM (User Access Management) process.
    • Communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff.
    • Promote cross-team relationships with other IT support team members to facilitate fast response.
    • Promote and provide a great customer experience.
    • Accurately log detailed activities, track requests utilizing the Service Management (ITIL) process.


    • Working knowledge with Microsoft Active Directory and a Request Management process (ticketing system, preferably Ivanti, LanDesk or Heat).
    • Excellent verbal, written and/or interpersonal communication skills
    • Outstanding customer skills, with the ability to empathize and professionally troubleshoot and resolve customer’s issues.
    • Superb attention to details and organization skills
