    This internship opportunity is based in our Appleton office. The ideal candidate for the position will be available to start in summer 2019 and will graduate in May 2020 or later with a Bachelor’s degree in Business.


    This is a year-round internship; during the school year, this position is part-time (approximately 20 hours per week) based on your class schedule and our company’s business hours, which are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. During the summer and school breaks, the position is 40 hours per week.


    • Learn Workfront, our project management tool, and help keep the data in the tool up-to-date.
    • Assist in updating our project management and continuous improvement tools, templates and SharePoint sites.
    • Create and send out surveys using Survey Monkey
    • Coordinate meetings, training classes, and report out sessions.
    • Attend various project meetings and assist capturing key details.
    • Participate in data analysis involving company projects.
    • Prepare executive summaries, charts, and internal newsletter articles.
    • Other duties as they arise.


    • Currently enrolled in a four-year college degree program pursuing a degree in insurance or business. Concentration in project management preferred, but not required.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle and prioritize multiple responsibilities.
    • Top-notch verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to make presentations to senior management.
    • Superior analytical skills.
    • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
    • Initiative to take on new challenges.
