  • Responsibilities

    • Responsible for both the exempt and non-exempt recruitment and selection process to include internal job postings, website and social media advertising, candidate referrals, reviewing resumes, interview coordination, phone screening, behavioral-based interviewing, administering assessments, guiding hiring managers, working with recruiters, attending job fairs, composing and negotiating offers, tracking applicants, checking backgrounds and references, and coordinating the new hire process
    • Maintain thorough understanding and knowledge of current hiring practices, recruitment strategies, staffing industry trends, and all applicable employment laws
    • Ensure timely candidate placements and healthy pipeline of qualified candidates
    • Provide outstanding customer service to all customers
    • Communicate, market, and sell SECURA to candidates
    • Create and manage reports to track and measure staffing results
    • Develop positive relationships with recruiters, vendors, university officials, and all other stakeholders
    • Responsible for campus relations

    • Proven ability to accurately produce a high volume of work under deadlines with frequent interruptions
    • Ability to travel as needed by the role, up to 20%

    Preferred:

    • Bachelor's Degree with emphasis in Human Resources or 2+ years of related experience
    • Knowledge about IT recruiting or willing to learn about recruiting in IT
