As an IT Service Desk Analyst for User Access Management you would work as a part of a dynamic team involved with provisioning software access for Associates and Contractors. This position will also assist with the maintenance of the User Access Management system and process.
As an IT Service Desk Intern you would work as a part of a dynamic team involved with providing technical support and issue resolution to internal and remote associates which may include users of all types and skill levels. You will learn the following skills: hardware provisioning, password resets, applying group permissions, PC hardware/software inventory checks and as well as more advanced troubleshooting and support. The Software Developer is responsible for the design, code, and testing of software programs and applications that enable Agent, Client, and Associate facing technologies and capabilities for SECURA Insurance. This includes researching, designing, documenting, and modifying software specifications throughout the production lifecycle.
Responsible for transferring and processing policy information to a new rating system. This is a temporary assignment for 12 months. The person in this position will be eligible to apply for other internal positions after one year of employment.

This is a year-round internship - During the school year, this position is part-time (approximately 20 hours per week) based on your class schedule and our company’s business hours, which are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. During the summer and school breaks, the position is 40 hours per week.
